Refund Policy

ID cards

ID cards are printed to order with your details, so we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if your cards contain any errors, we will replace them at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, email jeff@flywithmedia.com with your order number and a photo of the error.

Toolkit subscriptions

The Gear Toolkit is free during the beta. For paid plans, you can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund the remaining part of a period you have paid for.
