The credential airlines expect to see
One card, printed to your media company affiliation. It's the proof that unlocks reduced media baggage rates at the counter.
The gear toolkit is free for everyone during the beta. Every card order also includes 60 days of Toolkit Pro when the beta ends. How that works
Airlines decide who qualifies for a media rate and what it costs. The card shows your media affiliation; it doesn't guarantee acceptance or savings on every trip.

On a gear-heavy trip, the media rate pays for the card many times over. The airline decides eligibility; the card helps you show you're working media.

60 days of Toolkit Pro when the beta ends
- What does Toolkit Pro add?
- During the free beta, nothing extra: everyone already gets every Toolkit feature. When the beta ends, the free plan is limited to 25 gear items, 1 active project and 5 crew members. Pro removes those limits and gives 20% off replacement ID cards.
- When do my 60 days start?
- Not during the beta. They start the first time you open the Toolkit, signed in with the email from your card order, after the free beta ends.
- How do I activate it?
- There's nothing to enter. Sign in to the Toolkit with the same email you used for your card order and Pro switches on automatically for your own workspace.
- What happens when the 60 days end?
- Your workspace goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted; the free limits only apply when you add new gear, projects or crew.
- Will I be charged anything?
- No. The 60 days aren't a subscription and no payment details are kept for them, so nothing renews or bills automatically.
